7PM    LECTURE QUESTIONS AND DEBATE

There will be a presentation from the project’s Director of Archaeology, Dr Tony Pollard and founder Mark Evans.  This will cover the project’s story, archaeology of the battlefield and finds of 2015.  There will be a brief history and new interpretations of the battle, and the veteran recovery plan at the heart of the charity.  The speakers will be joined by veterans and historians for a panel discussion, questions and debate, chaired by Jeremy Paxman.

Tickets are available for a suggested donation of £50 per person.

All proceeds of the evening will go towards WATERLOO UNCOVERED’S future work.

The evening will end with auction of the opportunity to visit the project at Waterloo in July 2016 and get involved with the dig.
